We are pleased to announce that as part of our continuous development and pursuit of service excellence, we have moved to a new, modern hall located at ul. Żwirowa 84 in Wypędy (05-090). Our new headquarters has been designed with sustainable development in mind, which is reflected in the application of the “Think Green” principles. This means that during the construction and equipment of the facility, we paid special attention to the issue of environmental protection, energy efficiency and minimizing the impact on the surrounding nature.
Energy resource management is a key element of the company’s economic and environmental strategy. That is why we built a new hall in accordance with the highest technical standards. The hall has insulated walls and roof and tinted windows that effectively protect against excessive sunlight and prevent reflection of light and glare in the interior rooms. The new rooms of the production, warehouse and office hall are energy efficient. For example, we created zones with different temperatures in the warehouse rooms, purchased shelves of appropriate capacity and height, which, depending on the product, allows you to choose the right storage system. We invested in a number of modern energy-saving machines and devices, used energy-saving and intelligent LED lighting with motion detectors in common areas and systems that optimize and monitor energy consumption in real time. All machines and devices have a high energy class, including: heat pumps, radiators, ventilation and air conditioning, recuperators … etc. We used the roof of the hall and in May 2024 installed a photovoltaic installation, which is already bringing financial benefits by generating green energy for the company’s own needs. In order to increase the auto consumption of green energy, we plan to install an energy storage facility this year.
We have also introduced an energy management strategy in the company, training, among others, the staff responsible for these areas. The culture of energy saving is the everyday life of our company.
For many years, we have been implementing the Think Green program, which is why activities shaping positive relations with the natural environment are not new to us. The surroundings of the new hall will be developed with vegetation for the benefit of the environment, taking care of people’s comfort, the aesthetics of work and the harmony of the facility with the surroundings. We already have projects for the development of the biologically active area. The greenery will decorate the modern building, but will also fit into the assumptions of industrial greenery. We also plan to plant melliferous plants. The plants will be watered thanks to the collection of rainwater in retention tanks and tanks for collecting rainwater from the facility.
