A line for packaging chicken wings. The line consists of a PRZ bucket feeder, a fourteen-head combination weigher (a weigher that provides high efficiency for this product), a vertical machine, a finished package receiver, and a metal detector. The weigher is equipped with a second set of components in direct contact with the product, made of special embossed and Teflon-coated sheet metal, which prevents product adhesion and allows for easier product movement, thus increasing efficiency and accuracy. The weigher utilizes components made of embossed and Teflon-coated sheet metal, as well as a rotating cone to facilitate even product distribution on the scale.
