Chicken wings packaging line. The line consists of a PRZ bucket feeder, a fourteen-head combination weighing dispenser (a weigher that gave high efficiency for this product), a vertical automatic machine, a receiver of ready-made packaging and a metal detector. The weigher is equipped with a second set of elements in direct contact with the product, made of special waffled and Teflon-coated sheet metal that prevents the product from sticking and allows the product to move more easily, thus increasing efficiency and accuracy. Line for packing beef tripe into doypacks. The line consists of a PRZ bucket feeder, a ten-head combination weighing dispenser (weigher), a vertical automatic machine, a receiver of ready-made packaging and a metal detector. The weigher uses elements made of Teflon-coated and waffled sheet metal and a rotating cone that facilitates even distribution of the product on the scale. Additionally, chutes with a greater inclination are used to prevent leaving some of the weighed product.
